Natasha Cooke, MS, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
needing guidance in your relationship?
You may be thinking about marriage counseling, or perhaps you’re wondering how to bring back the spark in a long-term partnership. I work with couples at many different points in their journey, whether you are preparing for marriage, working through difficult seasons, or simply hoping to strengthen the connection you already have.
My Approach
I draw from evidence-based practices such as the Gottman Method to help partners improve communication, nurture intimacy, and create a solid foundation for lasting growth. Our time together is not only about addressing challenges but also about learning skills for healthy conflict, rekindling romance, and building a partnership that feels resilient and fulfilling.
Support for Individuals
I also provide counseling for individuals, including adults and teens (14+). Many clients come to me for help with anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, or difficulty setting boundaries. Together we work on developing healthy coping tools and improving overall mental health and well-being.
Relationships extend beyond romantic partners, and I support clients as they navigate family dynamics, friendships, and workplace challenges. My goal is to help you feel more connected and supported in every part of your life.
What to Expect in Therapy
Therapy can sometimes bring difficult emotions to the surface, but it can also be a space of growth, relief, and even laughter. I aim to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where you feel safe exploring challenges while moving toward your goals.
About Me
I am a graduate of the University of Houston, where I first discovered my passion for mental health while volunteering in a Couples Research Lab. Outside of my work as a therapist, I love discovering new coffee shops, traveling, and spending time in nature. I also enjoy quiet days at home with my loved ones, including my dogs..
